(وَيُقْبَلُ فِي حَيَاةِ الْجَنِينِ وَ) فِي (سُقُوطِهِ وَ) فِي بَقَائِهِ مُتَأَلِّمًا أَوْ (بَقَاءِ أُمِّهِ مُتَأَلِّمَةً قَوْلُ امْرَأَةٍ عَدْلٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مِمَّا لَا يَطَّلِعُ عَلَيْهِ الرِّجَالُ غَالِبًا.
