مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَتَحْرُمُ شَفَاعَةٌ) فِي حَدٍّ لِلَّهِ تَعَالَى بَعْدَ أَنْ يَبْلُغَ الْإِمَامَ، (وَ) يَحْرُمُ (قَبُولُهَا) ؛ أَيْ: الشَّفَاعَةِ فِي (حَدٍّ لِلَّهِ) تَعَالَى (بَعْدَ أَنْ يَبْلُغَ الْحَاكِمَ) لِقَوْلِهِ - عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ -: «فَهَلَّا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَأْتِيَنِي بِهِ» وَلِأَنَّ الشَّفَاعَةَ طَلَبُ فِعْلٍ مُحَرَّمٍ عَلَى مَنْ طَلَبَهُ مِنْهُ.
