(فَإِنْ أَشْكَلَ) الْوَقْتُ لِنَحْوِ غَيْمٍ وَلَمْ يُوجَدْ عَارِفٌ بِهِ (فَلَا إعَادَةَ) ؛ لِأَنَّ الْأَصْلَ بَرَاءَةُ ذِمَّتِهِ بِتِلْكَ الصَّلَاةِ وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
