(وَلَا يُبَالَغُ فِي ضَرْبٍ) بِحَيْثُ يَشُقُّ الْجِلْدَ، لِأَنَّ الْقَصْدَ أَدَبُهُ لَا إهْلَاكُهُ. (وَلَا يُبْدِي ضَارِبٌ إبْطَهُ فِي رَفْعِ يَدٍ) لِلضَّرْبِ نَصًّا
