(وَيَحْرُمُ بَعْدَ) إقَامَةِ (حَدٍّ حَبْسٌ وَإِيذَاءٌ بِكَلَامٍ) نَصَّ عَلَيْهِ كَالتَّعْيِيرِ؛ لِنَسْخِهِ بِمَشْرُوعِيَّةِ الْحَدِّ كَنَسْخِ حَبْسِ الْمَرْأَةِ.
