مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ ثَبَتَ) زِنًا أَوْ سَرِقَةٌ أَوْ شُرْبٌ (بِبَيِّنَةٍ عَلَى الْفِعْلِ) ، أَيْ: فِعْلِ مَا ذَكَرَ لَا عَلَى الْإِقْرَارِ بِهِ (فَهَرَبَ) مَحْدُودٌ (لَمْ يُتْرَكْ) لِثُبُوتِ فِعْلِهِ عَلَى وَجْهٍ لَا يَبْطُلُ بِرُجُوعِهِ، فَلَا يُؤَثِّرُ رُجُوعُهُ وَلَا هَرَبُهُ.
