(وَارْتَدَّ أَوْ سَرَقَ) مَا يُوجِبُ الْقَطْعَ (وَقَطَعَ يَدًا، قُتِلَ لَهُمَا أَوْ قُطِعَ لَهُمَا) لِاتِّحَادِ حَقِّ مَحِلِّ الْحَقَّيْنِ، فَتَدَاخَلَا.
