(وَعَنْهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْإِمَامِ أَحْمَدَ (يُقْتَلُ) زَانٍ بِذَاتِ مَحْرَمٍ (بِكُلِّ حَالٍ) أَيْ: مُحْصَنًا كَانَ أَوْ لَا، قِيلَ لَهُ: فَالْمَرْأَةُ؟ قَالَ: كِلَاهُمَا فِي مَعْنًى وَاحِدٍ. وَالْمَذْهَبُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ.
