(وَلَوْ شَهِدَ أَرْبَعٌ عَلَى إقْرَارِهِ بِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: الزِّنَا (أَرْبَعًا فَأَنْكَرَ) إقْرَارَهُ بِهِ (أَوْ صَدَّقَهُمْ دُونَ أَرْبَعِ) مَرَّاتٍ (فَلَا حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ) لِرُجُوعِهِ (وَلَا) حَدَّ (عَلَى شُهُودٍ) لِكَمَالِهِمْ فِي النِّصَابِ
