(وَإِنْ قَالَ اثْنَانِ) مِنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ شَهِدُوا بِالزِّنَا بِهَا (وَهِيَ بَيْضَاءُ، وَقَالَ اثْنَانِ) مِنْهُمْ (غَيْرَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: زَنَى بِهَا وَهِيَ سَوْدَاءُ وَنَحْوُهُ (لَمْ تُقْبَلْ) شَهَادَتُهُمْ؛ لِأَنَّهَا لَمْ تَجْتَمِعْ عَلَى عَيْنٍ وَاحِدَةٍ، بِخِلَافِ السَّرِقَةِ.
