(لَكِنْ لَا يَسْتَوْفِيهِ) مَقْذُوفٌ (بِنَفْسِهِ، فَلَوْ فَعَلَ) بِأَنْ اسْتَوْفَاهُ بِنَفْسِهِ (لَمْ يَسْقُطْ) لِأَنَّهُ يَعْتَبِرُ نِيَّةَ الْإِمَامِ أَنَّهُ حَدٌّ.
