وَمَنْ أَقَرَّ أَنَّهُ زَنَى بِفُلَانَةَ، فَقَاذِفٌ لَهَا وَلَمْ يَلْزَمْهُ حَدُّ الزِّنَا

(وَمَنْ أَقَرَّ أَنَّهُ زَنَى بِفُلَانَةَ، فَقَاذِفٌ [لَهَا] ) فَيَلْزَمُهُ حَدُّهُ (وَلَمْ يَلْزَمْهُ حَدُّ الزِّنَا) بِإِقْرَارِهِ بِأَنْ لَمْ يُقِرَّ أَرْبَعًا، أَوْ أَقَرَّ أَرْبَعًا ثُمَّ رَجَعَ.
