فَيُقْطَعُ الطَّرَّارُ وَهُوَ مَنْ يَبُطُّ جَيبًا أَوْ كُمًّا وَيَأْخُذُ مِنْهُ أَوْ بَعْدَ سُقُوطِهِ نِصَابًا

(فَيُقْطَعُ الطَّرَّارُ) مِنْ الطَّرِّ - بِفَتْحِ الطَّاءِ - أَيْ: الْقَطْعِ (وَهُوَ مِنْ يَبُطُّ) ؛ أَيْ: يَشُقُّ (جَيْبًا أَوْ كُمًّا) أَوْ صَفْنًا (وَيَأْخُذُ مِنْهُ) نِصَابًا، أَوْ يَأْخُذُ (بَعْدَ سُقُوطِهِ) مِنْ نَحْوِ جَيْبٍ (نِصَابًا) لِأَنَّهُ سَرِقَةٌ مِنْ حِرْزٍ
