(وَيُقْطَعُ سَارِقُ نِصَابٍ لِجَمَاعَةٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّ السَّرِقَةَ وَالنِّصَابَ شَرْطَانِ لِلْقَطْعِ، وَقَدْ وُجِدَا، فَوَجَبَ الْقَطْعُ كَمَا لَوْ كَانَ الْمَالُ وَاحِدٌ.
