(وَلَا قَطْعَ) بِسَرِقَةٍ (عَامَ مَجَاعَةٍ غَلَاءٍ إنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ) سَارِقٌ (مَا يَشْتَرِيه أَوْ مَا يَشْتَرِي بِهِ) نَصًّا. قَالَ جَمَاعَةٌ: مَا لَمْ يُبْذَلْ لَهُ وَلَوْ بِثَمَنٍ غَالٍ.
