(وَسُنَّ تَعْلِيقُهَا) ؛ أَيْ: يَدُ السَّارِقِ الْمَقْطُوعَةِ (فِي عُنُقِهِ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامِ إنْ رَآهُ الْإِمَامُ) ؛ أَيْ: أَدَّاهُ اجْتِهَادُهُ إلَيْهِ لِتَتَّعِظَ السُّرَّاقُ
