مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(لَا عَنْ مَالِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: لَا يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ دَفْعُ مَنْ أَرَادَ مَالَهُ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِيهِ مِنْ الْمَحْذُورِ مَا فِي النَّفْسِ (وَلَا يَلْزَمُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: رَبَّ الْمَالِ (حِفْظُهُ عَنْ الضَّيَاعِ وَالْهَلَاكِ) ذَكَرَهُ الْقَاضِي وَغَيْرُهُ.
