(وَيَلْزَمُهُ قَبُولُهَا عَارِيَّةً) إنْ بُذِلَتْ لَهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ قَادِرٌ عَلَى سَتْرِ عَوْرَتِهِ بِمَا لَا تَكْثُرُ فِيهِ الْمِنَّةُ، (لَا) قَبُولُهَا (هِبَةً) لِعِظَمِ الْمِنَّةِ فِيهِ، (وَلَا) يَلْزَمُهُ (طَلَبُهَا عَارِيَّةً، كَذَا فِي " الْمُبْدِعِ ") ، لِأَنَّ فِيهِ عَارًا عَلَيْهِ
