وَكُلُّ مَا أَمَرَ الشَّرْعُ بِقَتْلِهِ كَعَقَارِبَ أَوْ نَهَى عَنْهُ كَنَمْلٍ

(وَ) يَحْرُمُ (كُلُّ مَا أَمَرَ الشَّرْعُ بِقَتْلِهِ كَعَقَارِبَ أَوْ نَهَى عَنْهُ) ؛ أَيْ: عَنْ قَتْلِهِ كَنَمْلٍ، وَمُتَوَلِّدٍ بَيْنَ مَأْكُولٍ وَغَيْرِهِ
