(وَيَجِبُ عَلَى) مَنْ تَزَوَّدَ لَحْمَ مَيْتَةٍ وَهُوَ (غَيْرُ مُضْطَرٍّ) إلَيْهِ فِي الْحَالِ (بَذْلُهُ لِمُضْطَرٍّ) طَلَبَهُ مِنْهُ (بِلَا عِوَضٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِمَالٍ
