(وَيَتَحَرَّى) مُضْطَرٌّ (فِي مُذَكَّاةٍ اشْتَبَهَتْ بِمَيْتَةٍ) لِأَنَّهَا غَايَةُ مَقْدُورِهِ حَيْثُ لَمْ يَجِدْ غَيْرَهَا حَتَّى يَعْلَمَ الْمُذَكَّاةَ.
