أَمَّا مَعَ عَجْزِهِ فَتَصِحُّ صَلَاتُهُ؛ لِأَنَّ عَجْزَهُ عَنْ اسْتِرْدَادِهَا بِمَنْزِلَةِ عَادِمِهَا، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
