(فَإِنْ أَعَارَهَا) لِغَيْرِ صَالِحٍ لِلْإِمَامَةِ جَازَ،؛ لِأَنَّهَا مِلْكُهُ، (وَحُكْمُهُ) - أَيْ: حُكْمُ مُعَارٍ غَيْرُ صَالِحٍ لِلْإِمَامَةِ - (كَصَاحِبِهَا) - أَيْ: السُّتْرَةِ - لِمِلْكِهِ الِانْتِفَاعَ بِهَا، فَيُصَلِّي وَحْدَهُ، وَيُصَلُّونَ جَمَاعَةً لِأَنْفُسِهِمْ،
