(فَإِنْ كَانَ ثُمَّ) - أَيْ: فِي الْعُرَاةِ - (مَيِّتٌ صَلَّى فِيهَا) ، أَيْ: السُّتْرَةِ الْمَبْذُولَةِ لَهُمْ (حَيٌّ) فَرَضَهُ، لَا عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ، (ثُمَّ كَفَّنَ) بِهَا الْمَيِّتِ جَمَعًا بَيْن الْحَقَّيْنِ.
