مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(صَلَاةِ الْجُمُعَةِ بِانْعِقَادِهَا) ، أَيْ: الْيَمِينِ (مِنْهُ) كَالنِّيَّةِ. وَأَصْلُ الْيَمِينِ الْيَدُ الْمَعْرُوفَةُ، سُمِّيَ بِهَا الْحَلِفُ، لِإِعْطَاءِ الْحَالِفِ يَمِينَهُ فِيهِ كَالْعَهْدِ وَالْمُعَاقَدَةِ.
