(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَكَذَا) لَا تَنْعَقِدُ يَمِينُ قَائِلٍ لِغَيْرِهِ أَسْأَلُكَ (بِاَللَّهِ لَتَأْكُلَنَّ) هَذَا الطَّعَامَ وَنَحْوَهُ كَ: لَتَرْكَبَنَّ هَذِهِ الدَّابَّةَ حَيْثُ كَانَ ذَلِكَ (فِي مَقَامِ التَّوَدُّدِ أَوْ الْإِكْرَامِ) ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
