وَأُشِيرَ إلَى الْخَامِسِ بِقَوْلِهِ: (وَيَحْرُمُ) الْحَلِفُ (عَلَى فِعْلٍ مُحَرَّمٍ) كَشُرْبِ خَمْرٍ (أَوْ) عَلَى تَرْكِ (وَاجِبٍ) كَمَنْ حَلَفَ لَا يَصُومُ رَمَضَانَ (أَوْ) يَحْلِفُ (كَاذِبًا) عَالِمًا بِكَذِبِهِ.
