(وَ) مَنْ حَلَفَ (عَلَى فِعْلِ مُحَرَّمٍ أَوْ تَرْكِ وَاجِبٍ، وَجَبَ حِنْثُهُ) لِئَلَّا يَأْثَمُ بِفِعْلِ الْمُحَرَّمِ أَوْ تَرْكِ الْوَاجِبِ (وَحَرُمَ بِرُّهُ لِمَا سَبَقَ) .
