(وَمَنْ شَكَّ فِيهِ) ، أَيْ: الِاسْتِثْنَاءِ بِأَنْ لَمْ يَدْرِ أَتَى بِهِ أَوْ لَا (فَكَمَنْ لَمْ يَسْتَثْنِ) ؛ لِأَنَّ الْأَصْلَ عَدَمُهُ.
