(وَيَتَّجِهُ) لَوْ حَلَفَ إنْسَانٌ بِأَيْمَانِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ (مَعَ نِيَّةِ الْبَعْضِ فَإِنَّهُ يَتَقَيَّدُ) حَلِفُهُ (بِهِ) ، أَيْ: بِذَلِكَ الْبَعْضِ الْمَنْوِيِّ وَيَتَّجِهُ أَنَّهُ لَوْ حَلَفَ بِهَا
