(وَلَا) يَجُوزُ دَبْغُ جِلْدِ (آدَمِيٍّ) ، وَلَا الْخَرَزُ بِشَعْرِهِ،

وَلَوْ قُلْنَا: إنَّهُ طَاهِرٌ حَيًّا وَمَيِّتًا، (فَ) لَا يَجُوزُ الِانْتِفَاعُ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ أَجْزَائِهِ بَلْ (يَحْرُمُ) ذَلِكَ، (لِحُرْمَتِهِ) مُسْلِمًا كَانَ أَوْ كَافِرًا، لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ} .
