وَالْمَذْهَبُ الْأَوَّلُ كَمَا لَا يَنْعَقِدُ بِقَوْلِهِ: (لِلَّهِ عَلَيَّ صَوْمُ أَمْسِ وَنَحْوُهُ مِنْ الْمُحَالِ) لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُتَصَوَّرُ الْوَفَاءُ بِهِ، وَلَا كَفَّارَةَ فِيهِ؛ لِحَدِيثِ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، وَتَقَدَّمَ.
