وَأَمَّا مَنْ نَذَرَ لِلْمَسَاجِدِ لِمَصَالِحِهَا فَنَذْرُ بِرٍّ يَلْزَمُ وَفَاؤُهُ.

(وَقَالَ: وَأَمَّا مَنْ نَذَرَ لِلْمَسَاجِدِ لِمَصَالِحِهَا) مِنْ تَعْمِيرٍ وَتَنْوِيرٍ فَهَذَا نَذْرُ (بِرٍّ يَلْزَمُ وَفَاؤُهُ) بِهِ، لِأَنَّ تَعْمِيرَهَا وَتَنْوِيرَهَا مَطْلُوبٌ.
