وَلَا يُجْزِئهُ إِسْقَاطُ دَينٍ

(إسْقَاطُ دَيْنٍ) عَنْ مَدِينِهِ، وَلَوْ فَقِيرًا.
قَالَ أَحْمَدُ: لَا يُجْزِئُهُ حَتَّى يَقْبِضَهُ؛ أَيْ: لِأَنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ تَمْلِيكٌ، وَهَذَا إسْقَاطٌ كَالزَّكَاةِ.
