(نَذَرَ لَا رَدَدْت سَائِلًا، فَهُوَ كَمَنْ حَلَفَ) عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ بِمَالِهِ (أَوْ نَذَرَ الصَّدَقَةَ بِمَالِهِ) لِأَنَّهُ فِي مَعْنَاهُ، فَيُجْزِئُهُ الصَّدَقَةُ بِثُلُثِهِ
