وَيُصَامُ لِظِهَارٍ وَنَحْوهِ مِنْهُ وَيُكَفِّرُ مَعَ صَوْمِ ظِهَارٍ وَنَحْوهِ

(وَيُصَامُ لِظِهَارٍ) إذَا عَدِمَ الْمُظَاهِرُ الرَّقَبَةَ (وَنَحْوِهِ) كَالْوَطْءِ فِي نَهَارِ رَمَضَانَ وَالْقَتْلِ (مِنْهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الدَّهْرِ الْمَنْذُورِ صَوْمُهُ كَقَضَاءِ صَوْمِ رَمَضَانَ (وَيُكَفِّرُ مَعَ صَوْمِ ظِهَارٍ وَنَحْوِهِ) لِأَنَّهُ سَبَبُهُ.
