(وَإِنْ رَكِبَ) وَمَنْ نَذَرَ الْمَشْيَ إلَى بَيْتِ اللَّهِ الْحَرَامِ (لِعَجْزٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ) فَكَفَّارَةُ (يَمِينٍ) لِحَدِيثِ «كَفَّارَةُ النَّذْرِ كَفَّارَةُ الْيَمِينِ» . وَالْمَشْيُ وَالرُّكُوبُ لَا يُوجِبُهُ الْإِحْرَامُ لِيَجِبَ بِهِ دَمٌ.
