(وَلَا يُكْرَهُ قِيَامُهُ لِلْخَصْمَيْنِ) فَإِنْ قَامَ لِأَحَدِهِمَا؛ وَجَبَ أَنْ يَقُومَ لِلْآخَرِ. (وَيَحْرُمُ قِيَامُ الْقَاضِي لِأَحَدِهِمَا) أَيْ: أَحَدِ الْخَصْمَيْنِ دُونَ الْآخَرِ، وَيَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ
