وَيَكفِي ذِكْرُ قَدْرِ نَقْدِ الْبَلَدِ وَقِيمَةِ جَوْهَرٍ وَنَحْوهِ

(ذِكْرُ قَدْرِ نَقْدِ الْبَلَدِ) إنْ اتَّحَدَ، وَذِكْرُ (قِيمَةِ جَوْهَرٍ وَنَحْوِهِ) مِمَّا لَا يَصِحُّ فِيهِ سَلَمٌ؛ لِعَدَمِ انْضِبَاطِ صِفَاتِهِ.
