(وَمَتَى جَحَدَ) الزَّوْجُ (الزَّوْجِيَّةَ، وَنَوَى بِهِ) أَيْ: بِجَحْدِهِ (الطَّلَاقَ؛ لَمْ تَطْلُقْ) بِمُجَرَّدِ ذَلِكَ؛ لِأَنَّ إنْكَارَهُ النِّكَاحَ لَيْسَ بِطَلَاقٍ
