وَإِنْ ادَّعَى إِرْثًا ذَكَرَ سَبَبَهُ

(وَإِنْ ادَّعَى شَخْصٌ) عَلَى آخَرَ (إرْثًا: ذَكَرَ سَبَبَهُ) وُجُوبًا، لِاخْتِلَافِ أَسْبَابِ الْإِرْثِ، وَلَا بُدَّ أَنْ تَكُونَ الشَّهَادَةُ عَلَى سَبَبٍ مُعَيَّنٍ، فَكَذَا الدَّعْوَى.
