(فَإِذَا شَهِدَتْ) عِنْدَهُ الْبَيِّنَةُ (سَمِعَهَا، وَلَزِمَهُ فِي الْحَالِ أَنْ يَحْكُمَ بِهَا بِسُؤَالِ مُدَّعٍ، وَحَرُمَ) عَلَيْهِ (تَرْدِيدُهَا، وَيُكْرَهُ) لَهُ (تَعَنُّتُهَا) أَيْ: طَلَبُ زَلَّتِهَا (وَانْتِهَارُهَا) أَيْ: زَجْرُهَا؛ لِئَلَّا يَكُونَ وَسِيلَةً إلَى الْكِتْمَانِ، وَلَا يُكْرَهُ
