مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَحْرُمُ الْحُكْمُ وَلَا يَصِحُّ مَعَ عِلْمِهِ بِضِدِّهِ) أَيْ: ضِدِّ مَا يَعْلَمُهُ، بَلْ يَتَوَقَّفُ (أَوْ مَعَ لَبْسٍ قَبْلَ الْبَيَانِ) وَيَأْمُرُ بِالصُّلْحِ؛ لِقَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى:{لِتَحْكُمَ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ بِمَا أَرَاكَ اللَّهُ} وَمَعَ عِلْمِهِ بِضِدِّهِ أَوْ اللَّبْسِ لَمْ يَرَهُ شَيْئًا يَحْكُمُ بِهِ.
