قَال فِي الفُرُوعِ وَيَتَوَجَّهُ مِثْلُهُ حَكَمْتُ بِكَذَا، وَلَمْ يَذكُرْ مُسْتَنَدَهُ هَلْ هُوَ بِإقْرَارٍ أَو بَيِّنَةٍ أَوْ نُكُولٍ
