وَتَجِبُ فِيهَا الْمُشَافَهَةُ؛ لأَنَّهَا شَهَادَةٌ فَلَا تَكفِي فِيهَا رُقْعَةُ الْمُزَكِّي؛ لأَنَّ الْخَطَّ لَا يُعْتَدُّ بِهِ فِي الشَّهَادَةِ
