وَيَتَّجِهُ: ثُمَّ إنْ أَتَى بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ بِبَيِّنَةٍ عُمِلَ بِهَا.

(وَيَتَّجِهُ ثُمَّ إنْ أَتَى بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ) ؛ أَيْ: بَعْدَ الثَّلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ (بِبَيِّنَةِ جَرْحٍ عُمِلَ بِهَا) لِأَنَّهَا أَثْبَتَتْ أَمْرًا مُمْكِنًا سَابِقًا عَلَى الْحُكْمِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
