(وَإِنْ سَأَلَهُ حَاكِمٌ عَنْ تَزْكِيَةِ مَنْ شَهِدَ عِنْدَهُ أَخْبَرَهُ) وُجُوبًا بِالْوَاقِعِ (وَإِلَّا) يَسْأَلْهُ الْحَاكِمُ عَنْهُ (لَمْ يَجِبْ) عَلَيْهِ الْإِخْبَارُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَتَعَيَّنْ عَلَيْهِ.
