(وَيَتَّجِهُ صِحَّةُ حَمْلِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: النَّصِّ (عَلَى مَا إذَا حَكَمَ بِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: الشَّيْءِ الْمُخْتَلَفِ فِيهِ (مَنْ) ؛ أَيْ: حَاكِمٌ (يَرَاهُ، أَوْ عَلَى مَا إذَا قَلَّدَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: قَلَّدَ مُدَّعًى عَلَيْهِ (فِيهِ) ؛ أَيْ: الْمُخْتَلَفِ فِيهِ (حَالَ فِعْلِهِ)
