(وَإِنْ لَمْ يَذْكُرْهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْحُكْمَ حَاكِمٌ (فَشَهِدَ بِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: بِحُكْمِهِ (عَدْلَانِ) فَقَالَا لِلْحَاكِمِ نَشْهَدُ عِنْدَك أَنَّك حَكَمْت لِفُلَانٍ عَلَى فُلَانٍ بِكَذَا (قَبِلَهُمَا) الْحَاكِمُ (وَأَمْضَاهُ) ؛ أَيْ: حُكْمَهُ
