(وَكِتَابُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْقَاضِي (فِي غَيْرِ عَمَلِهِ أَوْ كِتَابُهُ بَعْدَ عَزْلِهِ كَخَبَرِهِ) بِغَيْرِ عَمَلِهِ أَوْ بَعْدَ عَزْلِهِ؛ أَيْ: فَيُقْبَلُ،
